Originally from Southern California, Monique mother of two, moved to Nashville to find a better place to raise her family. She wanted the tranquility of the countryside paired with a thriving and evolving city.
Monique arrived right after the May 2010 floods and created roots by volunteering through different church organizations to help many Nashville residents in their time of trouble.
Monique obtained her real estate license in August of 2010 and strives to surpass client’s expectations and continue to reach professional milestones.
Before building a thriving real estate career in Tennessee, Monique was a successful business owner in San Diego from 2001 through 2010. Prior to this, she worked as a paralegal for many years throughout college in the areas of Corporate, Criminal, Business and Real Estate Law.
As one of the most influential and ethical real estate professionals, Monique has been interviewed and featured on multiple occasions by the most prominent local newspaper, The Tennessean, due to her areas of expertise in the Luxury Market, Relocation and New Construction.
In addition to being a successful and evolving real estate professional, Monique is a current Board Member of the Franklin YMCA as well as a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She also carries distinguished certifications in Negotiations and Corporate Relocation. She regularly attends the Downtown Nashville Rotary Club meetings and volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank.
As one of the foundations for her business, Monique believes in continuing education and is always looking to learn new skills and stretch herself to better serve her affluent clientele. She is currently enrolled in a program through Harvard Law School and is scheduled to attend in September of 2016.
Monique has an amazing perspective on life, values and respect for others due to her well cultured attributes, since she has lived in three countries that stretch from Europe, Mexico to the USA. She studied two years in Montagnola, Switzerland and St. Moritz and six years in Mexico during her younger years. During her school years she was involved in extracurricular activities and earned various equestrian ribbons, danced in many ballet performances, and earned trophies while partaking in many piano concerts. She studied four languages; Spanish, French, Italian and English.
Monique is energetic, personable and will always go out of her way to provide an elite experience for her clientele. Her core values include excellence, diligence, discretion, integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Monique’s hobbies include, opera, theater, museums, art, architecture, world travel, languages, culinary arts, yoga, kickboxing, reading, studying and concerts.

Sarah Harris
Sarah Harris was born and raised in Hermitage, Tennessee, a suburb just east of Nashville.
After graduating from Hunters Lane High School, she attended Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with a B.A. in English in 2005.
She enlisted in the Tennessee Army National Guard in 2003 and upon graduation from MTSU, received her commission as a 2nd Lt. in the US Army AG Corps. She attended the Defense Information School at Ft. Meade, Maryland and received qualification as a Public Affairs Officer. She deployed on various missions to Panama and South Korea in this role. Capt. Harris remains an active member of the Tennessee Army National Guard and is currently working as a staff officer with 2nd Squadron, 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment based out of Cookeville, Tennessee.
Her involvement in real estate began in high school when she assisted her father, a real estate appraiser and home inspector, with various administrative duties. In 2008, she began working with EXIT Realty in Smyrna as a Listing & Closing Coordinator. After leaving to attend a military school and a deployment, she returned to work with Team George Weeks in Murfreesboro as their Transaction Coordinator.
Sarah currently resides in Rockvale with her husband and two children. She enjoys playing bluegrass music, dancing on Saturday nights at the Grand Ole Opry as a member of the Opry Squaredancers and working on various home improvement projects.
